Solis Team Real Estate is looking for a personable, hard-working, forward-thinking, and driven individual to help run the day-to-day schedule and goals of the office. The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Operations Manager is to act as the direct support to the Company Executives.
Summary:
Maintains business Profit & Loss statement, ensuring deposits and charges are accounted for etc.
Management of the company's main CRM (database)
Daily client communication and assistance
Weekly Inside Sale Calls/Meetings
Weekly Team Meeting: statistic and performance updates
Manage and organize Company Executives’ growing goals, projects and tasks
Social Media planning
Assist in planning and executing any company events
Various tasks, not limited to: purchasing & delivering client gifts, supply orders, main-office runs, listing assistance (signs, lockboxes, gifts etc.).

Part-time: 20 -25 hours/week. $15 per hour plus closing/appointment bonuses
